Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms
By installing ReturnXchange on your Salla store, or by using the customer returns portal, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not install or use the app.
2. The service
ReturnXchange provides configurable return and exchange rules, a self-serve customer returns portal, and a merchant console inside Salla, with refund, exchange, and store-credit outcomes tracked end to end. The app is provided "as is" and functionality may evolve as we improve it.
3. Merchant responsibilities
Merchants are responsible for configuring return windows, eligibility rules, and auto-approval thresholds accurately, for the accuracy of information provided during setup, and for complying with applicable consumer-protection laws in the jurisdictions where they sell.
4. Salla platform dependency
ReturnXchange operates as an app installed on the Salla platform and depends on Salla's APIs and OAuth permissions. Some actions, such as executing a refund, may require merchant confirmation depending on payment method and connected scopes, or may be unavailable if Salla's platform is unavailable.
5. Fees
Fees for paid plans are billed as described on our pricing page. Prices may change with notice; continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
6. Data and privacy
Use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how order, return, and refund-related data is collected, used, and protected.
7. Limitation of liability
ReturnXchange is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app, including losses related to delayed or failed refund execution caused by third-party platform limitations.
8. Termination
Merchants may uninstall the app at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, including fraudulent use of the returns portal.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
